Our volcanic stones, also called "hot stones", are suitable for professional use in the field of hot stone massage. For example, they are placed on the body in a warm-up phase, immediately before the actual massage, to release initial tension through warmth and to loosen the muscles. Different stones in different sizes and shapes are used for the various body zones.

Our hot stone sets are made of natural, black stones. These have an increased density and thus a special heat storage capacity. They release the heat slowly over a longer period of time, so that they do not appear too hot at first, but nevertheless remain warm for the entire duration of the massage.

The hot stones in our sets are not industrially ground so that they remain easy to grip even when massage oils are applied. Nevertheless, they do not have any hard or pointed edges that could be unpleasant or annoying during a massage.

Massage with hot stones is particularly popular with customers to relieve stress and tension. This is achieved through the special warmth of the stones and an additional traditional Thai massage.

With frequent use, limescale residues can form on the hot stones due to the heating in the water. This is due to the low contamination of the water and the calcium residues it contains. This does not harm the quality of the hot stones, but we recommend a thorough cleaning of the stones in a hydrochloric acid bath. This has a disinfecting effect at the same time, so that the desired hygiene is guaranteed.
