1. Scope

(1) These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

(2) Contracts with consumers are strictly excluded.

(3) Conflicting or deviating terms of the customer shall not apply unless explicitly agreed to in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract

(1) The presentation of products in our online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog.

(2) By submitting an order through the online shop, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(3) The contract is concluded either through our explicit order confirmation or by dispatching the ordered goods.

3. Prices and Payment

(1) All listed prices are net prices plus applicable statutory VAT and shipping costs.

(2) Payment methods include prepayment, PayPal, or credit card. Additional payment options (such as Klarna, Amazon Pay, or Apple Pay) can be selected at checkout if available.

(3) Cash discounts require prior explicit written agreement.

4. Delivery

(1) Delivery is ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.

(2) Delivery times and dates are non-binding unless explicitly confirmed as binding in writing.

(3) Partial deliveries are permitted as long as they are reasonable for the customer.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain our property until full settlement of all claims arising from the ongoing business relationship.

6. Warranty

(1) For commercial entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery of the goods.

(2) Obvious defects must be reported in writing without undue delay, no later than within 5 working days upon receipt of the goods.

(3) In the event of defects, we reserve the right to choose between repair or replacement delivery.

7. Liability

(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.

(2) In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

(3) Any further liability for damages is excluded, regardless of the legal nature of the asserted claim.

8. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in compliance with applicable data protection regulations. Further details can be found in our separate privacy policy.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

(1) The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

(2) The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with this contract is our business location in Troisdorf (where legally permitted).
