1. Scope
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop by entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
(2) Contract formation with consumers is excluded.
(3) Conflicting terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless expressly agreed in writing.

2. Conclusion of Contract
(1) The presentation of products does not constitute a binding offer.
(2) By completing the order process, the customer submits a binding offer.
(3) The contract is concluded upon our order confirmation or delivery of the goods.

3. Prices and Payment Terms
(1) All prices are exclusive of statutory VAT and shipping costs.
(2) Payment is made in advance, via PayPal or credit card. Additional payment methods (such as Klarna, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay and others) may be available at checkout.
(3) Cash discounts require written agreement.

4. Delivery
(1) Delivery is made ex warehouse to the delivery address specified by the customer.
(2) Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly confirmed in writing.
(3) Partial deliveries are permitted.
(4) In case of refusal of acceptance or failure to accept delivery at the agreed delivery time, the customer shall bear all resulting additional costs, in particular for additional or repeated delivery attempts.
(5) The customer must provide a correct, complete and reachable delivery address. Any additional costs arising from an incorrect or undeliverable address (e.g. return costs, storage fees, handling charges or reshipping costs) shall be borne exclusively by the customer.
(6) Upon dispatch, the customer receives an email with the tracking number and tracking link. The customer is obligated to check the shipment status regularly and take all reasonable steps to ensure successful delivery.
(7) If the shipment is not received and is deposited at a parcel shop or collection point, the customer must collect it within the period specified by the carrier. Costs arising from failure to collect (e.g. return shipment, reshipping or handling fees) shall be borne by the customer.
(8) Reshipment will only occur after full payment of all incurred additional costs and new shipping charges.

5. Retention of Title
Goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty
(1) For entrepreneurs, the warranty period is 12 months from delivery.
(2) Obvious defects must be reported in writing within 5 working days.
(3) We reserve the right to repair or replace the goods.

7. Liability
(1) We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence.
(2) For slight negligence, we are only liable for breach of essential obligations.
(3) Any further liability is excluded.

8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law. Details are provided in our Privacy Policy.

9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
(1) German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
(2) Place of jurisdiction is our registered office.
