Shipping information

The shipping prices are net prices, i.e. plus VAT.

* Shipping costs to non-EU countries exclude import VAT and any customs duties. You will receive a separate invoice for these charges from the transport service provider at a later date. As the importer, the customer is solely responsible for import VAT and customs duties.

** After payment received. If an item has a different delivery time, this will be indicated on the product page. The delivery time of your order is based on the item with the longest delivery time in your cart.

Delivery times:

Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the general delivery times (see table) apply to goods that can be shipped by parcel post and goods that must be shipped by freight forwarder (pallet shipping). The delivery time depends on the date of receipt of payment. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
