Delivery to curbside: Delivery is made on a disposable pallet to your door or curbside. Further transport into the building and disposal of the pallet are the customer's responsibility.
Notification: The freight carrier will contact you in advance by phone or email to schedule the delivery time window.
Inspection of goods: Please check the goods for external damage upon delivery and ensure any transport damage is immediately acknowledged by the driver!
💡 Tip: Arrange for assistance on the delivery day to safely carry heavy goods inside your premises.
