Forwarding shipment to the kerbside on a one-way pallet or one-man delivery without pallet. No tracking possible. Before arrival, the forwarding agent or Thai Five GmbH will contact you by phone or email and inform you of an expected delivery date with a time window. They will also be informed whether the goods will be transported on a pallet or without a pallet. If the goods are transported on a one-way pallet, the forwarding agent will place the pallet in front of your door. From here on, you are responsible for the goods. Check the goods for external damage. In the case of one-man delivery, your assistance is required to transport the goods from the vehicle to the desired premises. It is essential that you plan for personnel to actively support the driver.
Delivery times:
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the general delivery times (see table) apply to goods that can be shipped by parcel post and goods that must be shipped by freight forwarder (pallet shipping). The delivery time depends on the date of receipt of payment. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
