⚠️ Important Notes on Freight Shipping

Mixed orders: If your order contains both freight and parcel goods, we usually ship everything together by freight.
Delivery to curbside: Delivery is made on a disposable pallet to your door or curbside. Further transport into the building and disposal of the pallet are the recipient’s responsibility.
Delivery notification: The freight carrier will contact you in advance by phone or email to arrange the delivery date.
Inspection of goods: Please check the goods for external damage upon delivery and have any transport damage confirmed in writing by the driver immediately!
💡 Tip: Arrange for helpers on the delivery day to safely carry heavy goods into your premises.

General Information

Delivery times: Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, the delivery times listed apply from receipt of payment. Business days are Monday to Friday; there are no deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
Different delivery times: If you order items with different delivery times, we ship them together in one shipment. The total delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time.
Shipment tracking: For parcel shipments, you will receive the tracking numbers of all parcels by email. For freight shipments, tracking is provided where available from the carrier.
Deliveries to businesses in other EU countries: With a valid VAT ID, the delivery is a VAT-exempt intra-Community supply (reverse charge). Without a valid VAT ID, we charge the VAT rate of the destination country.
* Countries outside the EU VAT area (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, UK, Canary Islands): Shipping costs exclude import VAT and any customs duties. These are borne by the recipient and invoiced separately by the carrier. Shipping is possible by parcel or by freight.
