Note on the preparation of lemongrass tea with Pandanus leaves:
When preparing the tea, always make sure that the tea is infused with boiling water. Then let it steep for at least 5-10 minutes. This is the only way to ensure the safety of the food! We recommend about 1 tablespoon per cup (350ml). You can enjoy this tea cold or warm.
