Prior to arrival, the forwarding agent or Thai Five GmbH will contact you by telephone or email and inform you of an estimated delivery date with a time window. You will also be informed whether the goods will be transported on a pallet or without a pallet. If the goods are transported on a one-way pallet, the freight forwarder will place the pallet in front of your door. From this point onwards, you are responsible for the goods. Check the goods for external damage. In the case of one-man delivery, you will need to help transport the goods from the vehicle to the desired location. It is essential that you plan for staff to actively support the driver.
