The base formula of all Kitama aroma massage oils combines a long-lasting glide with nourishing plant oils. The skin stays supple during the massage and feels cared for afterwards.

Jojoba oil: Actually a liquid plant wax that closely resembles the skin’s own sebum – absorbs well without leaving a greasy film.
Almond oil: The skin-care classic – rich in unsaturated fatty acids and vitamin E, leaves the skin soft and supple.
Sunflower oil: A light plant oil with linoleic acid that complements the care effect.
Paraffinum Liquidum: Ensures an even, long glide – less re-applying during the treatment.

What does the set contain?

The set contains 5 Kitama aroma massage oils: Leelawadee, Dok Mok, Orchid, Lotus and Ylang Ylang – one bottle or canister per scent in the size you choose.

Do all scents in the set have the same formula?

Yes. All Kitama scented massage oils are based on the same formula of paraffinum liquidum, sunflower oil, almond oil and jojoba oil – only the scent differs. Glide and skin feel are therefore the same for every scent.

Can I reorder individual scents?

Yes. Every scent is also available individually in 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 5 litres – you will find the links above with the scents in the set.

Are the oils suitable for sensitive skin?

Dermatest rated the skin compatibility of all scents “sehr gut” (excellent) in a patch test. As the oils contain fragrance substances, we recommend our fragrance-free Neutral Massage Oil for clients with a known fragrance allergy.

What should I consider for clients with a nut allergy?

The oil contains refined almond oil. Ask your clients about known allergies before the treatment and, in case of a nut allergy, switch to an oil without almond oil, for example the Neutral Massage Oil.

How should towels with aroma massage oil residue be washed?

As the oil contains plant oils, laundry should be washed thoroughly at 60 °C to 90 °C with a powerful heavy-duty detergent, with a grease remover if necessary. Plant oils that have not been fully washed out can pose a risk of spontaneous combustion in a hot tumble dryer. More in our laundry guide for massage practices.
