The glued oak strips reliably prevent warping or cracking caused by fluctuating air humidity.
We deliberately avoid pine wood, as it is pressure-sensitive, absorbs moisture easily, and is prone to cracking under high mechanical stress. The robust White Oak construction of our treatment table is designed for a load capacity of up to 300 kg – ideal for leverage-intensive treatments and heavy clients.

For classic oil treatments and physiotherapy, a width of 80 cm is ideal, allowing the therapist to stand close to the client. For traditional Thai massage (Nuad Thai), we recommend 100 cm or 120 cm, giving the practitioner enough space to kneel or support themselves directly on the table.
What is the working height of the massage table, and can it be adjusted?
The standard working height is 65 cm (measured from the floor to the top edge of the mattress), providing optimal ergonomics for leverage-intensive Thai massage techniques. If required, the working height can be increased to 75 cm using our optionally available wooden adapters.
