How to use: the perfect herbal compress massage
- Heating: Lightly moisten the herbal compress balls and heat them over steam for approx. 10–15 minutes, e.g. in our steamer with keep-warm function.
- Check the temperature: The compress should be hot but comfortable. Always test the temperature on your own skin first and let it cool briefly if necessary.
- Start gently: First dab the herbal compress lightly onto the skin so your client can get used to the warmth.
